Helen Kasper serves as Chief Operating Officer of Dillingham Insurance, where she drives operational excellence and aligns the firm’s resources to deliver outstanding client experiences. With deep experience in organizational leadership, including senior leadership roles at national carriers, she ensures the agency is positioned for sustainable growth and innovation. A graduate of Notre Dame College, Helen brings both industry expertise and a strong commitment to lifelong learning to her role.

Passionate about supporting her community and mentoring young leaders, Helen invests her time in initiatives that encourage professional development and civic engagement. She also serves on the Board of the Independent Insurance Agency Association of Oklahoma. Her leadership reflects Dillingham’s values of family, service, and continuous growth. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in activities like tennis that keep her grounded and energized.
