Over the course of the past few days, COVID-19 has quickly shifted from a story we were closely following in the news to a very real threat facing our clients, our team members, and our families.
I wanted to take a moment to share some actions we’re taking at Dillingham Insurance, Dillingham Benefits and Dillingham HR as a result of the increased exposure to COVID-19 in Oklahoma and the United States.
Non-critical business travel and events
Since 1927, we at Dillingham Insurance have always put the interest of clients and team members first. It’s with these values in mind that we made the decision to restrict non-critical business travel for our team members, including local client meetings.
While we may not be meeting with you face-to-face, be assured we’re still here and are only a phone call or video conference away.
Office Staffing and Service
Our commitment to providing you with outstanding service is unwavering, especially in the face of uncertain times like these. You can continue to work with our teams as you always do. We have strong business continuity plans in place that include work from home capabilities that we will leverage during this event.
