Brian Thompson is the Chief Financial Officer of Dillingham Insurance and a key member of the firm’s executive leadership team. A CPA with extensive business leadership at large organizations, he oversees financial strategy, analytics, and operational performance while helping guide the firm to support sustainable growth. Brian also plays an active role in shaping business strategy, mentoring emerging leaders, and overseeing technology initiatives that enhance efficiency, insight, and client service.
Known for his disciplined, data-driven approach, Brian brings clarity and perspective to complex challenges in an evolving insurance landscape. Outside of work, he is deeply devoted to his family and faith, which serve as the foundation of his leadership and values.
