Michael Hart

Michael Hart is a Partner at Dillingham Insurance and serves as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, bringing nearly two decades of experience helping employers design stronger benefits strategies and support their employees during times of financial stress. His background includes leadership roles in sales, broker development, and operations, giving him a broad perspective on building benefit programs that work for both businesses and their people.

Michael is known for challenging conventional thinking, focusing on quality partnerships, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust. He takes a practical, hands-on approach to helping clients navigate the design, funding, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans.

Outside of work, Michael remains active in the community through leadership roles with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Foundation Board of Trustees.  A graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University, he was also a member of the university’s football team.  Michael and his wife Morgan live in Edmond with their two kids Becklynn and Walker.
